Matching S&E module requirements at site

Developing plan to address site specific issues
Developing plan for operations/maintenance
Plans for education, diversity, and outreach

Management Plan

Homestake and Henderson selected as the most
promising sites on the basis of potential science
scope, cost, risk, time-to-science

The other sites were found to involve higher
costs ($100s million), higher risk (little
geological info), lower science potential, and/or
longer time-to-science (multiple years)
